At 36, Isaac is a quietly spoken man, who brims with enthusiasm for what he has learned during GardenAfrica's training. Severely affected by oral thrush, a common symptom of HIV, Isaac found it extremely difficult to eat of drink. Here Isaac is showing us how this condition was improved by using Bulbine frutuscens. 

He now enjoys a healthy diet, all of which he grows in his training garden, where he also teaches others how to manage their illness.
