Fundraise for GardenAfrica

There are many other ways that you can support the work of GardenAfrica and help us to support fellow gardeners to cultivate sustainable livelihoods. Join with others to raise funds by using your skills and imagination. With a group of friends, fellow gardeners or allotment holders you could arrange:

•    a walking tour of gardens or woodland in your area
•    a sponsored marathon, cycle, hike ... or just walk
•    a kitchen garden or plant sale
•    a kitchen garden taste-test
•    a harvest or planting party
•    a dinner party with veg from your garden
•    a tea party – with herbs from your garden
•    an activity at a local farm
•    an allotment or garden party
•    help less able or elderly neighbours in their gardens, donating the proceeds.

We will then give you information about our sponsorship opportunities for forthcoming high profile events.

Help as an individual

You can help us to support people in sub-Saharan Africa, enabling them to feed and support their families, and train others in their community. There are any number of simple ways you can help GardenAfrica do achieve more.

Donate Shares to GardenAfrica
Individuals can also donate shares to GardenAfrica. Generous tax benefits are available for donors of shares and securities listed on a recognised stock exchange. Gifts are exempt from Capital Gains Tax, and the donor will receive Income Tax relief on the full market value of shares at the time of sale. Please contact us for more information.
